My heart settled in Ukraine

By: vadim

That morning, a few days before my flight to Kiev, I decided to take care not only about business part of my journey. I was looking through the sites of acquaintances and my attention was caught by a picture, from which a very beautiful girl looked at me. Cherry-brown eyes, black tresses. Magnificent breast at a thin waist. «Slavs now also use silicon?» - I thought. However, even with the amendment on modern possibilities of digital photo processing, a girl was very nice.

Now I laugh each time, remembering the moment of meeting in a Kiev airport. I could not say a word for a long time! An original turned out to be better, than photo!

Alesya was with little daughter. We were walking about Kiev, she was telling me about its monuments, about those places where she liked to be. In the afternoon we had a dinner in a summer cafe in the Navodnitskyi park. Then we were resting on a bench in the shade of trees, and her daughter was playing beside. Suddenly she ran to the mother, snuggled up to her and looked in her eyes. Alesya got a large shawl from her bag and covered the girlie with it. So this is it why these tempting forms appeared! She suckled a child! I was finally subdued.

We crowned in the Andreevskaia church. The swan song Rastrelli – this is the most beautiful one among the temples seen by me. I suddenly began to notice, what a beautiful city Kiev is. I was there earlier plenty of times and did not notice this splendour. Age-old churches – masterpieces of slavonic architecture, enormous parks-preserves.

It took us more than year to process different documents, but still couldn’t overcome a bureaucratic barrier. Alesya gave the birth of my son. He has my light hair and her cherry-brown eyes. I made so much efforts in order to be with them together, but until now I am forced to see them only during short visits. Once, looking how the flight bar of Kiev air-port disappears under the undercarriage, suddenly I caught myself on a simple to madness thought: «Do I really need to fly away? Isn’t my home here now?»
Yes! I want my son to grow up among the picturesque of landscapes Kiev, I want him to speak melodious Ukrainian language of his mother, and I want us to be able to spend our week-ends on a background of wonderful crimean nature. And when he grow up, we will hike in the neighbouring mountains.

It remained only to think over the pereorganization of business. But I will decide this question.
